We Fixed a Problem.
In 2019, Rteetech started as a digital agency in Faisalabad, Pakistan — running SEO campaigns, building websites, and managing paid ads for clients. As we grew, we needed to hire skilled talent. We couldn't find any.
Every IT graduate we interviewed had theory but no practical experience. No one had run a real Google Ads campaign. No one had ranked an actual website. So we built the solution ourselves: Pakistan's first agency-based institute.

Rteetech started as a digital agency in Faisalabad, Pakistan — delivering SEO, web development, and digital marketing to local and international clients.
We identified a gap: graduates had degrees but no practical skills. We launched Pakistan's first IT institute where active agency professionals — not just teachers — train students on real projects.
